Gennadiy Ter-Grigoryan
Board Chairperson/Director, President.
Gennadiy is a co-founder. He has been with Action School since its formation. He has a Master of Science Degree (MSc) from Azerbaijan Technical University. He has been involved in Professional Service at the University of Minnesota Duluth, and North Dakota State College of Science. Gennadiy has over 30 years of professional educational experience and was recognized by BICSI in 1998 and 2004. He is responsible for setting a mission statement and goals, developing a fundraising program to support all current and future projects, and creating a program with diverse extracurricular activities to prevent child crime.

 Tania Radashkevich
Vice-President, Development Director.
Tania is a co-founder. She has been with Action School since 2006. She has a Bachelor's degree in Technical Science from Saint Petersburg University (ETU). She assists the President in the event of his absence. She is responsible for development of expanding programs, fundraising support, general management and supervision of the affairs and operations of the organization. Tania is a lead and projects coordinator on the Program Committee.

 Vera Akeemova
Board Secretary and Treasurer.
Vera is a co-founder. She has been with Action School since 2006. She has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting Economics & Finance from Agricultural College in the Leningrad Region. Vera has 40 years of educational and financial experience.
As Secretary, she is responsible for keeping records of Board actions, including overseeing minute-taking at all board meetings, sending out meeting announcements, distributing copies of minutes and the agenda to each Board member, and assuring that corporate records are maintained.
As Treasurer, she chairs of the Finance committee, assists in budget preparation, helps develop fundraising plans, and makes financial information available to Board members and the public. Vera is a lead and financial coordinator on the Fundraising Committee.

 Alex Gainulin
Executive Director, IT Division Chief.
Alex is co-founder. He has been with Action School since its inception. Alex holds a Master of Science Degree (MSc) from Odessa's Academy of Communications. Mr. Gainulin was honored with two awards:
March 18, 1997 with the "Public Recognition Sign" for the creation of the first Internet Service Provider Branch in the Leningrad region; June 9, 1998 with the Silver Cup for outstanding achievement in development of the Vsevolozhsk Telecom Industry. His brief work history:

As Executive Director, Alex is responsible for the overall strategic direction, project development and technology operations for the organization. As IT Division Chief, Alex is the architect and creator of Action School's web server, network infrastructure, proprietary internal database applications, and information systems component. Alex is a member of the Development and Fundraising Committee.
